If you've received the wrong item, an incorrect size, or believe there has been a packing error, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@bardot.com as soon as possible.
To help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item/s you have received
- A photo of the barcode on the garment's swing tag
- A photo of the tax invoice included with your order
If you have received the incorrect size, please also provide:
- A photo of the stitched size label inside the garment
- A photo showing the size displayed on the swing tag
Any additional photos or information that may assist our investigation are also appreciated.
Once we receive the above information, our team will review the details and work with you to find a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
