A dispatch email will be sent to your email address when your order leaves our warehouse. The email will contain the package’s tracking number. You can track the delivery status of your order with our shipping partner by clicking the link in this email.
If you are a Bardot member, and placed the order while logged into your account, you will be able to track your order status in the 'My Order' section of your account.
Guest orders can be checked by selecting the 'Order Status' option at the footer of the website. If you are unable to find your order status please email us and provide the email address on your order, purchase date and the website your item was purchased from and our customer service team will be able to further assist.
