This means your order was returned to us by Australia Post. This may have been due to your order not being claimed/picked up or because there is insufficient address or an address that Australia Post could not locate.
It can take up to 10 business days for our team to receive your parcel, and you will continue to be able to track its progress using your original tracking number.
Once your order has been received you will be refunded less any shipping costs. We are not able to re-ship return to sender orders where Bardot is not at fault as we do not have the facilities to take a new payment for any additional shipping costs incurred.
