Eligible items can be returned in line with our policy, within 14 days of delivery for Australian orders and 30 days of delivery for International orders. If your return is eligible and meets our return conditions, please email hello@bardot.com for Australian orders and hellousa@bardot.com for USA orders along with your order number to request a returns authorisation number and include the following information;
- order number
- name on order
- style code
- colour
- size
- return reason code (as outlined on packing slip)
Returns received without a returns authorisation number will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Items assessed to be faulty may be eligible for a full refund or replacement. For information regarding assessment and return of your faulty item, please email our friendly customer service team.

FULL PRICE ITEMS (Australia Delivery): Full Price online purchases returned to the online store due to change of mind, are eligible for a refund, exchange or return voucher.
FULL PRICE ITEMS (International Delivery): Full Price online purchases returned to the online store due to change of mind, are eligible for a refund or return voucher only, we are unable to facilitate exchanges on orders that have been shipped internationally.
SALE ITEMS (Australia Delivery): SALE items can only be returned for an EXCHANGE or RETURN VOUCHER. Exchanges can only be fulfilled for items of the same value only (subject to stock availability). If stock is not available you are eligible to receive a return voucher. An exchange is only accepted once, against the original order and will not be eligible for a further exchange or refund based on change of mind. SALE ITEMS (International Delivery): These online purchases are FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned or exchanged for change of mind (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling).
OUTLET ITEMS: These online purchases are FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned or exchanged for change of mind (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling). All discounted items are labelled 'FINAL SALE'.
EXCHANGING ITEMS: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your original order delivery date. You are welcome to return items for an exchange of a new size or colour for the same item purchased. An exchange is only accepted once against the original order and will not be eligible for a further exchange or refund based on change of mind.
Unfortunately, for International delivery we are unable to facilitate exchanges via the online store. You are welcome to return only eligible items outlined within our policy and repurchase your new size/item.
ONLINE RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return or exchange on eligible items due to change of mind, items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
Change of mind returns/exchanges are not accepted on earrings, hair accessories, hosiery, lingerie, cosmetics, or swimwear for hygiene reasons. Items purchased in store cannot be returned to Bardot.
Where a purchase does qualify for a refund, this can be made to the original payment method only. If the original payment method was a gift card or return voucher, a new return voucher will be issued as refund. Where the original payment method is not available, a return voucher will be issued.
Return vouchers are valid for 6 months across Bardot and Bardot Junior and valid immediately
Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Bardot reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the return value where an order has been incorrectly marked as Return To Sender. Where a free return has been offered, this is only available via free return label issued by Bardot, and we are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs where this has not been discussed and agreed prior to the item being posted.
