Due to our quick processing and dispatch times we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed, this includes changes to your address, items, delivery method and authority to leave options. This is stated in your order confirmation email and our terms and conditions.
In the case that an incorrect or incomplete address has been supplied, you will need to wait to receive your dispatch email to track your order. Most orders with an incomplete address will be returned to us, and if this occurs we will be in touch to organise payment of a re-shipping fee of $9.95 and to double check the address.
