As we dispatch all orders out of a third party warehouse we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been placed. Unfortunately we cannot facilitate any changes to your order; this includes changes to your address, items, delivery method and authority to leave options.
Your order details are displayed prior to confirming your order and in your order confirmation email. Furthermore any order amendments and cancellation information is in included in our delivery policy.
In the case that an incorrect or incomplete address has been supplied, you will need to wait to receive your dispatch email to track your order. Most orders with an incomplete address will be returned to us, and if this occurs we will process a refund less any shipping costs.
