BARDOT ONLINE RETURN POLICY
FULL PRICE ITEMS: Full Price online purchases returned to the online store due to change of mind, are eligible for a refund or a return voucher.
SALE ITEMS: Sale online purchases returned to the online store due to change of mind, are eligible for a return voucher only.
OUTLET ITEMS: Outlet online purchases are FINAL SALE and are unable to be returned for change of mind. All Outlet items are labelled ‘OUTLET – FINAL SALE.’
Refunds can be made to the original payment method only. If the original payment method was a gift card or credit note, a new return voucher will be issued as refund. Where the original payment method is not available, a return voucher will be issued.
Return vouchers are valid for 6 months across Bardot and Bardot Junior and valid immediately. Please view our updated Gift Card and Credit Note Terms and Conditions here.
ONLINE RETURN CONDITIONS
If you are unhappy with your Full Price or Sale purchase, we will be happy to provide a return in line with our policy below, within 14 days of delivery for Australian orders. International returns are available within 28 days of delivery. Outlet Items are final sale.
To qualify for a return due to change of mind, items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
Change of mind returns are not accepted on earrings, hair accessories, hosiery, lingerie, cosmetics, or swimwear for hygiene reasons. Items purchased in store cannot be returned to Bardot or Bardot Junior Online.
