Items purchased in your local Bardot store are eligible for the following-
FULL PRICE ITEMS: Full price items are eligible to be returned for an in store credit note or exchange (stock dependent).
SALE ITEMS: Sale items are eligible to be returned for an exchange only (stock dependent).
Our Return Policy is displayed on a plaque at our counters for your information prior to purchasing, and included on your receipt for reference after your purchase.
All Bardot returns must meet the following conditions-
- Goods are returned within 14 days of purchase and you can provide the original receipt.
- The item is not an accessory, hosiery, lingerie or swimwear. Bardot cannot offer returns on these products for hygiene reasons.
- The item is not worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by you and all original tags are attached.
Please note: In store credit notes can be redeemed in Bardot and Bardot Junior Retail stores only and are not able to be redeemed via our online stores.
