Eligible items can be returned in line with our policy, within 14 days of delivery for Australian orders and 30 days of delivery for International orders. If your return is eligible and meets our return conditions, please email hello@bardot.com along with your order number to request a returns authorisation number. Returns received without a returns authorisation number will be returned to the customer at their cost.

Please note: Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable for change of mind returns, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Bardot reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the return value where an order has been incorrectly marked as Return To Sender. Where a free return has been offered, this is only available via free return label issued by Bardot, and we are unable to provide reimbursement of shipping costs where this has not been discussed and agreed prior to the item being posted.
